Chad founded Time To Hire Corporation in 2003 after a brief stint in the insurance industry. He’d found that finding and hiring 100% commission only salespeople was the most difficult problem he faced in building his sales team. Chad spent thousands of dollars in advertising on various job boards, newspapers and job fairs but the results were always mixed. He recognized the need for commission-only sales reps in other industries, and thus the concept of Time To Hire was born. While his initial clients were mainly in the insurance industry, Time To Hire now serves all types of companies and job titles, even most non-sales roles. Chad loves to travel, collect contemporary art, hike in the great outdoors, cook, and regularly attend Hot Pilates. His loving active family includes three small funny dogs and a very cool wife that is also a marketing guru. His favorite shows are “Black Mirror” and “Stranger Things.”
Casey is originally from Alaska and currently resides in the Seattle, WA area although Las Vegas, NV is also another “home” after living there for a few years. She has worked in the staffing industry for close to 10 years, and has been focused on providing exemplary customer service for almost 20 years. Casey tries to approach all tasks in a “proactive, not reactive” manner and is a beloved Time To Hire veteran. Her favorite things to do are to spend time with her husband, two bonus-kids and their two dogs she calls “The Odd Couple” (Olde English bulldogge & chihuahua), and cook and bake. Cupcakes are a regular staple in her house! Although she hates to admit it, The Twilight series are her favorite books. Casey loves to watch comedies the most- “Will & Grace” was, and continues to be her favorite show.
Dmitry was born in Odessa, in the former USSR and emigrated to the US as an economic refugee after the collapse of the Soviet Union. Currently he resides in Illinois. He holds a BA in liberal arts and is working on an MA in rhetoric. He also holds honorary degrees in a few combat sports including boxing and military hand to hand combat. Sambo is his favorite. Dmitry is a published writer, has been a presenter at several academic conferences, and to top all that, has worked on commercially released films. In his spare time he enjoys coaching wrestling and self-defense, as well as various kinds of literature. Dmitry’s favorite movie is “Aguirre, the Wrath of God” and his favorite book is “The Devils” by Fyodor Dostoyevsky.
Nicole started life on Bainbridge Island, WA and has lived in the PNW her whole life, now residing in Oregon. She holds a BA in Spanish but has built a career in marketing by building and refining brands, campaigns, and processes. Her favorite part of marketing is copywriting, having contributed to websites, magazines, catalogs, blogs, and the messaging of everything from major brands to municipal services. She is also a professional photographer, an avid trail runner, and a dedicated bookworm. She loves to garden and create her own botanical products, play with her busy family including her crazy dogs, and keep up her love for dance with challenging classes. Her favorite book is Paradise Alley by Kevin Baker and though she resists tv, she obsessively loves the “Stranger Things” series.
