What To Expect

FIRST THINGS FIRST!

Your Campaign has been scheduled and you’re almost ready to go. The sales reps you’ve been looking for may be right around the corner. Before you start taking speaking with potential candidates, there are a few things you need to know first. Please share this web page with all staff members who will be taking calls and emails from candidates. If you need any help, no matter what time it is, please email support@timetohire.com (Monitored from 9AM to 7PM ET Daily). We will respond almost right away. Please do not call, it will only create a delay.

BEFORE THE CAMPAIGN

The evening before your start date, you will get a Dropbox link to the resumes, candidate summary htm file, as well as an Excel spreadsheet with candidate information. When you click the link, you’ll see a page that looks like this. **Make sure you are not logged in to Dropbox

Next, click “Download” and a ZIP fie will download to your local computer. Extract this to any folder you wish, such as “Documents”. Then, click on the “_SummaryReport_htm” file to view the summary page. Each entry will have a link to the resume, simply click and you’re viewing it!

SPECIFICS FOR INDIVIDUAL CAMPAIGNS

If you have not received a single email or call AFTER 90 MIN of your program start time, email support@timetohire.com ASAP as there may be a technical issue. Nationwide campaigns will not start until 9am PST (Noon EST).

SOME THINGS TO WATCH FOR WITH CANDIDATES

Many candidates will be able to adapt to your sales process and help your business achieve its goals. However, not all candidates will be a good fit and it is even possible that some may not have current sales experience. The candidate must have had keywords in their resume such as ‘sales’ or ‘commission.’ Please do not pre-judge the campaign based on randomly searching through the resumes in your Dropbox folder. Some resumes will be more relevant than others. While we do our absolute best to present you with qualified candidates, what makes a ‘qualified’ candidate can be subjective. We cannot guarantee that ALL candidates will be qualified for your offering. Talking to some unqualified people is part of the process.

CONTACTING CANDIDATES

You will receive some ‘Undeliverable Emails’ which is normal and due to the candidate entering an invalid email address. Sometimes people will ask to be removed from future contact. We do not contact anyone more than once, ever. Please do not forward any of these requests on to us. From time to time, candidates will ask how you received their information. The name of the resume database where we found their information is listed on each candidate resume. Please do not give them the name of our company as we do not deal with candidates directly.
