Time To Hire was founded by Chad Bronstein, a small business owner who was frustrated with the process of finding and hiring 100% commission-only sales people. He was tired of recruiting salespeople who seemed competent at the onset, but never delivered on their promises. For those he did hire, he found that the traditional structure of salary plus bonus was not enough to keep them motivated. Chad spent thousands of dollars in advertising on job postings, print advertising and local job fairs but the results were always inconsistent. Then in 2003, he created a system that enabled him to quickly and cost effectively find qualified commission only sales reps. The system proved to be so successful that he saw a business opportunity in bringing that same service to small business owners like himself.
